Microwave Carrot Halwa
Though I am a great fan of Carrot Halwa I seldom make it as it is very much time consuming. But I found a microwave version at Indian Potpouri which seemed to be very easy & gave it a try. It tasted great. You can find the recipe here. I had to cook for 18 minutes on high power to make this halwa & had used 3 grated carrots.
